Most of my buying decisions are made after I have read the reviews section especially when booking an experience.

I also often read the customers reviews on the kindle before I have finished reading what the book is about.

I keep a beautiful notepad that my former personal assistant purchased for me in the studio for clients to write in about their experiences. It is lovely to have a good old fashioned hand written review to look back on.
