How I will keep you safe for your photoshoot during covid 19
It has been a very strange time for all of us and I am very happy to be able to return to location photoshoots.
Your safety and my family’s safety are the most important thing to me. I will do everything to make sure our photoshoot is a safe and happy one and for that reason I will not be offering studio shoots at the moment due to the size of my studio.
I love location photoshoots and these are great for you too as being outside is safer and being in nature is great for our mind. body and souls and the finish products will be gorgeous.
Here are some of the ways I will be keeping you safe whilst we create memories to be treasured forever.
I will ask clients bring their own hand sanitiser to minimise touching anything or sharing anything. I will of course bring spare hand sanitisers & wipes too so please do not worry if you forget yours.
My clients will be asked to fill out a questionnaire the day before their shoot. This is to confirm that they are not experiencing any symptoms and do not have a temperature. I will also confirm to the parents that I nor my family is experiencing any symptoms. Should the unfortunate outcome be that the parents or I do have Coronavirus related symptoms the session will be postponed for two weeks.
I have a clear visors ready for when the studio re opens and I am happy to wear a visor outdoors too if this is requested.
I will have disposable masks with me in my car at all times and I am happy to wear a mask outdoors too if this is requested.
I will do a risk assessment of the location we are visiting before the day to make sure we do not have to touch car park metres, gates etc and to see if the area is likely to be busy etc.
A hair stylist service is available. Here is the full information on how myself and the hair stylists will work to keep you safe. I cannot offer a makeup service until the government say it is safe to do.
I will keep an absolute minimum of 2m between myself and my clients. This will be observed at all times for your safety and my own.
I will shoot with a long lens which means I do not need to come near to you. I will aim to actually stay 5m away from you. By photographing you with a long lens you will feel more relaxed and this always results in natural expressions.
All work undertaken must be paid via bank transfer before the photo session. Once again this minimises any reasons for us to get close.
I will not be able to provide snacks and drinks at the photo shoot until safe to do so.
If children will be attending the photoshoot I will use my experience of photographing tots, preschools and families to work out fun ways to keep them safe should they approach me.
Viewing your images. In the past I would have invited people to the studio for their gallery review. At this time I need I will not be inviting anyone to the studio. I will be using zoom to reveal my client images or you may be sent a private gallery. Digital images can be sent directly to you and I will arrange for wall art to be sent to be delivered to you too.
Please contact info@tinaclearyphotography.co.uk to book a call, discuss any photo shoots or to book a shoot.
These guidelines will be in place until further notice.
